1、Conduct customer mapping and define target customer 搜索拜訪客戶并鎖定目標 2、Understand what the customers value， what comeptitors value offering and organize your value proposition 理解客戶價值，競爭對手提供的價值從而組織自己的推介方案 3、Achieve sales revenue，GM and manage receivable 完成銷售目標，利潤和應收款管理 4、Manage existing customer group to enlarge purchase value by engaging in their new product development and building a long time relationship 管理已開發客戶，介入客戶不斷地新品開發從而擴大銷售金額 5、Explore new sales channel and feedback market intelligence 探索新的銷售渠道提供市場情報反饋 【錄用人員要求】 1、Aggressive and action oriented 個性積極，行動導向 2、Very good understanding and communication skill， able to talk the top management 很好的理解能力和客戶溝通能力，能和最高管理層溝通 3、Background from window hardware， Alu extrusion maker and window glue company are preferred 門窗五金，鋁型材廠和門窗粘合劑背景優先，但最終還是能力優先 4、5 Years B2B sales experience above 5年以上B2B銷售經驗 |
